Giraudi Group was established in 1968 by Erminio Giraudi, in Monte-Carlo. Its first activity was the import, export and distribution of European meats. In the early 2000s, Riccardo Giraudi joined the company to develop and create more. On his arrival, exclusive meats from around the world, including the unrivalled certified Japanese Kobe beef, joined the Meats Division’s portfolio.
In 2005, Riccardo Giraudi launched the hospitality division by opening his first restaurant, Beefbar, in Monte-Carlo. Subsequently, motivated by passion and creativity and surrounded by a qualified team, Riccardo Giraudi came up with other restaurant concepts. Today, the group has around 35+ restaurants on all continents, and now also offers consulting services.
